66 Days to Form a Habit 💪🏻

Research indicates that it takes at least 66 days to form a habit, and up to 500 days. I am on day 48 of working out every day. Some days I have done easier workouts, so I’m still getting resting time. I already feel like I am forming the habit. Today I didn’t want to workout at all, I am on week 3 of FBfit. I was interrupted by work calls, my daughter, and my pets. I had to keep refocusing and pushing. I feel great now, but the stress of today really tested me. I realize that this is such a healthy habit, it forces me to do something for myself everyday. Let’s turn taking care of ourselves into a habit. ❤️

Other than the craziness today was successful. I am beat. My legs are jello. And I feel so good. Almost done with week 3! I hope you guys are having great success as well. Thanks for reading. 🤗
