Starting Week 3 / Workout Complete

Just dropping in to share a 🎉workout complete🎉

Still going strong. Modifying and taking extra rest days where I need to. Happy with my progression though - not letting too many days go by without checking in for a workout. Definitely finding myself pushed in new ways that I wasn’t doing on my own (it’s really fun to be gaining back new movements every week).

Just started week 3; a little over halfway done. I think once I’m done with low impact, I’ll move right into another - but which should I do next? 🤔
