On the struggle bus

I’ve been sick the past week, eating all sorts of comfort food and not working out. If I wasn’t at work or doing the bare minimum of keeping the house together and kids fed Ive been sleeping or snuggling with my friend Suki. As you can see from the pic below, she’s great for snuggles but not so motivating for exercise.

I managed a lower body strength workout today and between that and cleaning the house I’m beat. How do you bring yourself back to balance? Any tips to rekindle the motivation and get back on track? Thanks!
