I can’t see results

From the beginning of the year I worked out every morning. First I started with low impact program. Now I’m doing 30min 8 weeks program. From 2 weeks I also do abs program, so on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I do working out 2 times a day: in the morning 8 week program and on the evening abs workout.

For 4 weeks I don’t eat any kind of sugar, but I eat a lot of fruits. I also stoped eating all kind of white bread, pasta, cake and all that gluten things. I eat 4 times a day not more then 300gr of food on a meal. I drink 1,5-2l water...

But I can’t lose anything. I’m just the same amount of weight and measurements. I lose hope and motivation
