I hope everyone is doing well! Slight case of the Mondays as I start my week up again, haha.
I just finished Day 15 for Low Impact, and as someone had very accurately described in the comments, my legs feel like wet noodles!
Tonight, my dad is coming over and he wants to bring pizza. I'm happy to see my dad, of course, but my body is feeling over-saturated from a relatively unhealthy weekend, so I'm kind of slummmmped. I'm going to mitigate that by eating very light and clean over the course of today and drink tonnnns of water.
