I just wanted to share a huge motivator for me, because I know it can be hard to stay motivated. I don't focus on what I can't do- like not being able to fit into those skinny jeans, or eating that bowl of ice cream. Instead, I focus on what I CAN do. Now, I can do 50 push ups in a row. Now, I can run a mile and under 10 minutes. I look ahead, not behind, and that has honestly helped me so much.
