So thankful!

I just wanted to share that I am so thankful for what my body can do!

I never thought that I could do burpees, squat jumps, lizard hops, star jumps etc. When I first started this journey I couldn't even do the 10 minute lower body workouts. It felt like torture. Now I can do the hardest versions with weights for a long time.

I am happy for how far I have come.

Ps. Also my body changed but the way I feel is more important!
