Healthy Eating Challenge Round 3 - Day 2


Hello everyone!

It's the weekend! Do you have plans? Are you eating out? Going hiking? Doing housework? Resting?

Like most Saturdays, today was bake day, so we had fresh, warm bread for lunch, some fish left-over from yesterday (it was really a lot!), leafy greens salad with oranges and sauteed chard with sun-dried tomatoes and onions. Oh, there was also a chard pie, but I'll have a slice of that for dinner, and probably some hummus (spread on bread, of course!),
