Woke up with a pulled neck *sigh*


So just as I'm entering the 3rd week of Low Impact, really enjoying doing it and being motivated to get back my stamina and strength, and I wake up today with a pulled neck - something that has happened before, so I know I have to rest it and wait it out ☹️ grrrr. Sabotage!!!


Ah well, in a few months time when I'm doing a crazy HIIT workout I'll look back and be proud of my perseverance and control in knowing what my body can handle and when it needs rest. Doesn't mean it doesn't suck right now though 😐

Anyone else in this situation at the moment?
