Spring Ahead Workout Challenge Day 4

Hey all!

Today’s workout was lower body:

And it was a good one! Gotta say though, I’m super excited to get back to lifting super heavy at the gym :) going to workout up to 5 pull ups and a 200 lb hip thrusts! Those are my two newest short term goals!
