So today I got my birthday present (which was on 9th February)... which are Powerblock dumbells.
It was a very long journey... because in my country powerblock is not available so i thought i will order from amazon, but i found a fitness shop in Austria, so i ordered from there, and today they arrived. I had to wait 2weeks, but today they are here.
So, i need some advice, that which workouts do you reccomend firstly with my new dumbells?
(Before powerblocks i used 2kg and 5kg dumbells abd i will use them too.)
