Girl Talk! Monthly Advice Please :)

Hey Ladies!

I'm doing Sweat but last week was my period and it was a tough one, I had serious period fatigue/headache/insomnia/cramps so I took the week off of working out just to let my body deal with only that. So today was my first day back and it was clear I should have been doing a little something while I was resting.

Anybody have a strategy for this already? Maybe a week of the flexibility program or Low Impact? And then back to whatever program I'm doing?
