Form/not feeling it where I should.

Hi!

I've been doing FB for about 7/8 months now and I'm loving it! I've been trying sooo hard to focus on proper form, but I can't tell if I'm actually doing it right. I don't really have a place to put a mirror and I workout moving around my son in the room so I can't video record myself. I almost never feel my glutes or my obliques. I've been paying particular attention to my glutes lately. I don't know how to stick my butt out without arching my lower back in squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc. I feel the moves in my quads and hamstrings mostly, sometimes my lower back. As for my obliques, I tell them to squeeze and they don't listen. Idk. I just don't want to hurt myself so I hold myself back on weights. I'm starting Mass on Monday and I don't want to have to hold back.

I know it's hard when you can't watch me, but any insight would be appreciated.
