Results of 1 month and a half

I started using the workout videos from fitnessblender not that long ago. I've never heard of fitnessblender till my boyfriend mentioned it and said that this might be something that i would like because i was always quitting with other workouts (kayla itsines for example).

Now we're about 5-6 weeks further and I still love it! Also i'm happy with the results i've already made! It's not that much but it's surely boosting my self-confidence and self-image which i'm so happy about.

I mostly use strenght workouts and low impact but i vary alot from types of workouts. I workout 4 times per week or 3 times when my knees are acting up but then i do harder workouts.
