Arm pain advice

Hey guys, sorry to be a bother. But the last time I did an upper body workout was on the 25/2 after that I had an achy arm, it was just aching at random times but it was manageable. It stopped aching a few days ago so I tried another workout. It was fine for jumping jacks, but hurts when I did a reverse fly. Even with no weight. My partner says to see a doctor, which is probably smart. What do you think?
