Great end to a horribly wet and cold day.....Roamblender yay!!!!

All day it was horrible outside: tipping it down and storm rather than wind!!! We were supposed to do Roamblender in the evening, but the weather was so horrendous, I thought I would have to call it off. But luckily it changed for the better and we ended up with a cloudless sky....

One of the girls had messaged me to say she needed her glutes kicked! Well, Kelli’s four way lunges were just perfect for that. Forward, reverse, side and curtsey lunges out on the soft sandy beach.... ouch, that did hurt! Followed by pilates rear leg raises, yep, definitely glutes getting a kick! For the rest we ran up inclines and did bear walks on the steps, sideways squat jumps with overhead stretches, pushups with shoulder taps, high plank with knee twists and loads more. Our balance was tested when we did single leg deadlift plus flys on some flat rocks. All in all: a great session with a cooldown on the beach.
