1000 calorie workout on the same day as exam?

Hello people!

Friday is day 26 in the FBfit program for me. I just checked my calendar and there is a 1000 calorie workout scheduled on Friday, which is the same day as my exam (that is between 2 - 8 pm). I have never done a 1000 calorie workout, hence I want to ask you guys who have done those workouts what you would recommend. Does the workout leave you feeling drained or filled with energy the rest of the day? If I am going to workout I want to do it in the morning since the exam starts at 2 pm, but needless to say, I want to feel energized and able to concentrate during those 6 hours. Would you recommend that I do doing the 1000 calorie workout in the morning, or just reschedule it? Or just do a low impact workout?
