First spin class... my butt is toast!!!

Hey guys, so I took my first spin class last night to switch up my normal cardio routine and my butt is SO SORE. No... not from muscle exertion... but from the bike seat!! For those of you who spin, what do you do to prevent your bum from getting toasted by those seats?? Also, I had a lot of problems with slipping down the seat as well, which is really annoying/borderline dangerous when you work with the weights or get a drink of water.

Also, if you took a spin class what did you think overall? Would you do it again? Is it worth making a part of your regular weekly routine?
