I'm so glad I got to get back into the program on track today! I hurt my neck and shoulder over the weekend (while sleeping of all things...😑) and I was still hurting this morning (when I normally do my workouts) so I held off. I felt better after work and a nap so I decided to give it try! Glad to say my workout is complete and I had no pain during the workout! 🙌 This is definitely going to help my motivation for the rest of the week.
