I'm currently on my 6 months internship and doing fb strong week 2. I intern in an office which means that I don't get to move around much. It takes me abt 2 hours to go back home from the office (depending on the traffic).
The thing is I am quite tired when I reach home and most often I sleep until the next morning by accident after dinner. Which means I didn't complete the workout I was supposed to be doing that day. So I should shift all workouts to the weekends or change the workout program or just take a 6 months break completely? (I don't want to gain weight/fat during my internship)
