Healthy Eating Challenge Round 2 - Day 27

Hello Blenders!

How are you today? Are you starting the week on the right foot? I am! I've begun Low Impact, hoping that my hip will cooperate and not hurt. So far so good, fingers crossed for the next days :)

Food-wise, I'm making pretty healthy choices, too. For lunch I had red lentils, zucchini/ courgette soup and steamed broccoli (of course, red lentils just ASK for bread, so I had that, too :D). Dinner will be shredded chicken with carrots, onions, celery and a leefy greens salad.
