Banana and chocolate cupcakes!

Hello, FB family!

Sunday is almost over here! What about where you are?

Lisa made me want to make a sweet treat for the week!

So in the spirit of sharing healthy sweet recipes, here you go:

1/2 ripe banana smashed

1 egg

2 egg whites

1 tablespoon coconut sugar (or your sweetener of choice)

1/4 cup almond flour and 1/4 cup oat flour (you can make it with normal flour too if you want!)

Dark chocolate chips (optional for the topping but, for me, chocolate is never optional but a must! Hahaha)

Bake at 180c for 12 - 15 minutes.

I am planning to eat them for breakfast for a couple of days! 🤤😊

My couple just ate one and he approved! 👌
