Is it a big deal to switch a PM snack on a day with a snack from another day? Or meals? Probably not, but I'm wondering about calorie count and if the plan is mapped out in that detail for that reason.
I just don't like wasting food and also don't really love cottage cheese lol. But I love greek yogurt and the parfaits and smoothies. I am not eating the same things on consecutive days but I am switching up meals to fit my life a bit better. Thoughts? Thanks.
