strong complete. yay!

Second time doing strong cause I love it so much. And it feels so very good to have the program complete! Well, well, well. Wasn't that something? A good reminder of the importance of balancing exercises- cause really, in my day to day life, I don't have much problem with balance but I did find myself shaking and making a few curvy moves, while trying to keep straight. I think it's something I will come back to now and again, maybe put it with the stretching workouts. In any case, it was a little treasure find so thank you.
