I was feeling "bleuh" since I sprained my thumb last Saturday. Since I haven't moved a lot since then I have trouble sleeping and my body feels stiff.
Since the pain is a lot better today I decided to do an easy workout without push-ups, burpees, planks… It took me a while to find, but I ended up doing a warm up, this old video : https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/calorie-blasting-cardio-boot-camp-workout (switching back and forth between high impact and low impact) and this stretching routine : https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/lower-body-active-stretching-routine-low-impact-workout-to-tone-and-stretch.
And now I feel a lot better :-)
Any favorite no equipement (I'm unable to hold anything with my left hand), no planks, no burpees, no push up. no walkdowns, routine to suggest?
