I am on day 4 of the FB Meal Plan. I am also doing FB Butt & Thigh Program. I am feeling really focused and not interested in going off the plan. But - life is happening. My friend lost her job today. She is feeling really low and wants to meet up (without our kids or hubbies) and she suggested brunch this Sunday. I want to support her but don't want to mess up my progress. Any advice? Thanks!
