HKS ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP MARCH 8

Morning everyone!

Today was LI Day 5... I didn't want to do today, at first. Thursday nights I have a part time job and didn't get to bed until midnight... Friday is usually tough for me, it's usually where I break down, both in exercise and in food. I checked in with yesterday's HKS while drinking my coffee and slowly felt a little more pepped like, "You got this Manda!"

So, here I am posting to say I got my #workoutcomplete and I am happy for doing so!

I had to modify today's a bit. Cardio is always a little jumpy and I live on the middle floor of a fairly old building, so I really do not want to jump, especially not at 6am (even though I work out in the living room). One of the moves is a series of punches and then you jump to change stance, so I was doing the punches and doing a quick dancer's ball change for the stance lol... I am still very sweaty and tired, as I threw everything I had into my upper body and any kicks.
