LI days three to five check in

Hello Blenders,

just wanted to drop a quick check in for my workouts. Really loved upper body strength (can still feel it) and today´s kickboxing. Tabata lower body was too easy for me yesterday despite adding weight and a booty band to some exercises, so I added a quick booty band workout to kickboxing today. I remember doing that tabata routine for the first time a few years ago and I was huffing and puffing like crazy ^^ So it means despite not losing much weight I got a lot stronger :D
