Been looking at Fitness blender for a long time and have been doing one of your programs - thanks. I have attached a picture of my fitness buddy. I set up in the garage - laptop ready, mat on the floor and then Nelson wanders in. He's very particular, and will lay down exactly where I want to workout. But it's great having a fitness buddy to encourage you 😀
