I’ve had cabbage about every way, but never roasted. Oh my! Sooo good.
Take a head of green cabbage and slice it into wedges.
Mist or brush oil lightly on each side. (I used avocado oil)
Sprinkle each side with seasonings - I did garlic powder, kosher salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
Roast at 450 degrees for 15 minutes each side. Spritz with lemon juice.
Soft but not mushy, and the natural sweetness comes through. YUMMY!
