I've been tracking my food for a while and I've realized that I don't always hit my protein goals every day. Often like 20 grams short. I don't really care about macros THAT much, but since I am fairly active I want to make sure I get what I need. With that said- I feel good, full of energy and all that so I don't feel like I'm behind or deficient, but if there are some low cal options I can use as a snack (100-200 calories?) that would be great!
I find I have a tendency towards carbs and fat, so shifting more towards protein would be good. I would prefer something that's a whole food, not into taking supplements. Thanks for any advice! Just for the record I have no allergies and I eat meat/diary/eggs.
