Starting up again after a setback

Hey FB fam!

I completed my first workout yesterday after taking a week off due to a nasty kidney infection. I'm completely healed up and off the antibiotics (!!!). I took it slow yesterday with a low impact workout to ease my body back into movement. I did have to take a few more breaks than usual, but I was pretty surprised at how well I bounced back. Worked up a great sweat and didn't really notice a whole lot of losses in my strength, so I feel like I'm okay with starting up FB Burn again. I have a HIIT workout scheduled today on the plan so I'm slightly nervous about that, but mostly excited to get back at it! Will probably have to do some adjusting and breaks along the way, but I'm totally okay with that.

I'm also getting married next month, so it really feels great to push myself and know that I'm gonna be feeling great for my big day!!! That's been a huge motivator for me as well. I'm so happy I'm finally feeling better. :)
