Low Impact Day 9...SORE!

Yesterday's workout was brutal on my lower body! I knew I'd be sore. Today I'm definitely sore. I didn't want to work out. But, I got to it and completed all videos for Day 9!! Now I know my arms will be sore tomorrow!! Haha. But you know what - it feels great to be in the swing of things again. I can't lift as much as before, do as many push ups, or abs work, or tricep dips, but damn do I feel good. It'll get there!
