Daily Check-in: Thursday, March 7th

Hello Blenders!

How are you all doing today?

We got another beautiful sunrise this morning--and if you look closely, there's another sun pillar in the middle of it! It was pretty darn cool!

So Blenders, how is your day going so far? How do you feel? A bit sore from workouts? Or maybe refreshed after a nice rest day?

Either way, I hope you're feeling great!

I'll admit that I'm a bit sore from that HIIT workout yesterday! (Thank you all so much for cheering me on, it helped me a great deal!) My legs and glutes are definitely feeling it today.

So that's a good reason to do some upper body work today! Which is exactly what I have scheduled for Day 25 of Fit Rd 2!

How 'bout you guys? Are you working out today, or are you resting?

And what about some good food to fuel those workouts?

I wanna make green chicken enchiladas! So that's what I'm gonna do! I'm already hungry just thinking about them! haha
