3 set upper body workouts

Hi All, I love all the upper body strength training workouts but find that any one that has three sets seems to really challenge me (in the right way!) so I’m trying to make sure I pop them in consistently. Anyone got any three setters they can point me in the direction of? I always end up reverting back to the Daniel one that has the guarantee muscle burnout in the title. I love it but could do with mixing it up!
