Exercising too much?

Hey guys!

I wanted to ask for your guys' opinion as I am not quite sure whether I do truly work out too much or not?

I follow FB programs, so usually I will work out 5 times a week, somewhere between 30 to 50 minutes and other than that I don't have a very active life as I am a full stime student and employee at the same time, meaning that I sit at a desk a lot.

Now, you might be wondering why I am asking such a question and the reason is this: I haven't had my period in almost two months and when I talked to a few people and researched a bit on the internet it said that a possible reason could be that I undereat or work out too much.

The former isn't possible as I almost always eat something but the latter I was unsure about - what do you guys think? Do you think me not getting my period could be related to me exercising a lot or do you think it could have a totally different reason?
