Hello my dears,
I have a question: I always do my workouts in the morning after getting up / before going to work. I basically never had breakfast, but I had just started to getting used to eat a little something after working out. Now I would like to try 16:8 intermittent fasting. that would mean that after having dinner at about 8 or 9 p.m. I'm not allowed to eat anything at all until 1 p.m. - so, not even a little snack after my workouts.
would that be useful at all or do I have to decide between training and intermittent fasting?
