I'm just celebrating that I now consider myself as a regular exerciser thanks to FB!!! I started FB last year and now I can say I work out at least 4x a week and have been doing so for the past four months. It took a lot of mental focus and lifestyle changes to get to this point. As I said, it took at least 8 months to learn how to overcome lack of motivation, schedule changes, or plain fear of certain exercises! I simply modify my schedule to get at least 4 workouts in no matter what.
I've also noticed that I look forward to workouts more often than not, and that I can feel an improvement in my mood, energy, and sleep from exercise. I'm also definitely stronger! I'm always shocked when I try to do an exercise like plank jacks and I'm able to make it the full 45 seconds without losing my form! This what I noticed at the end of last year that helped change my attitude. I realized that if I never lost a pound my body had still changed for the better!!!
I haven't lost much weight yet, but I still feel on top of the world!!
