Progress!

Hey all,

I'm feeling accomplished lately! Last year I felt unfit, apathetic, and generally inactive for much more than I'd like to admit. Although those feelings aren't gone, I can proudly say that this year I've got a lot done. Now I can squat 40 lbs, have defined arms and shoulders, and feel much more capable in strength routines (and carrying in groceries!), and can touch my toes. It's nice to feel proud of myself! Next I'm on to improving my cardio endurance and working on core strength.

Remember to recognize your steps forward because I think we tend to forget. It's important to see what you've done well, even if it seems small. :)
