Overcoming brick walls!

I have been using fitness blender since the last week of February and I have to say I’m loving it, I’ve never been into fitness but I also have enjoyed it at the same time.

I have EDS and POTS and always hated training videos that were all “common push those limits go hard or go home” sort of attitude. But I love how all the videos whether it be low impact or HIIT they always say to take it slow etc etc which makes me feel less guilty.

I started walking the dogs every night rather than every couple of days from about October and then added in fitness blender and I’m noticing results already
