I have question regarding the cool down and strech sequences.
The downward dog position is part of almost every cool down but it seems I'm just not flexible enough to get a proper triangle form nevermind the split position where you pull one leg up in the air.
Honestly it looks so simple when Kelli does it but my hamstrings are so tight it feels like I can't even bring my legs up 10 centimeters.
Anyone else here struggling with this or can you give tips on how to pratice it?
