FBfit Round 1: Day 1 check in.

Hi All!

Today I did the PFT and here are my results.

Mile: 8:30

Pushups: 7 full/ 16 half

Squats: 6 pounds 25 rep.

Plank: 105 seconds

Sit reach: +1/2 inch

My mile time was 10 minutes when I started with their 5 day programs 3 weeks ago. I am so excited to see where this goes.

I am working hard on eating clean and not having as much wine too. 😂
