getting back into a healthy lifestile after a half year


Dear FBFamily, after a very long workout break (nearly a half year, I want to work out regularly again. I have started FB Smart and finished the second day. I know, that I am going to be motivated the first few days, but after that it is going to be hard. Do you have any tipps and tricks that motivates you and helps you keeping on track.
