Healthy Eating Challenge Round 2 - Day 19

Hello FB Family!

Sorry for not posting yesterday but I was so busy that I literally didn't have a moment to spare... Which will also happen in the next couple of days, so don't worry if you don't "see" me around, ok? Oh, and yesterday was #HealthyDayComplete, too!

Today I had pasta with tuna, broccoli, onions, carrots and celery *.* Plus, my aunt cooked a LOT of wild chicory, so was kind enough to give me some (you know I love my leefy greens, right? Chicory and chard are on top of my list!). Dinner will be shredded chicken and a salad with lettuce, radicchio, endives and fennels (AND oranges, probably, because I have a sweet tooth :D).
