Yep, this February has been extremely lazy. I had no motivation to workout, I barely dragged myself to finish FB Fit. Terrible.
Someone has posted the other day something like: "OMG! I skipped today's workout hi hi hi!!". I laughted and I was like: "Oh, sis! Hold my beer!" :)))))
I scheduled FB Abs for March, I'll start it from Monday and I will stick to it, need to get back to my old disciplined self and also!!! I started bouldering and I realised that, it's time to really focus on streght and balance goals, rather than looks. Those will come too. For now, I need to increase my body strenght ASAP.
