Hello everyone! So, I have looked all over the place for a specific workout, but I can't find it. If anyone can me out, that would be great.
What I know:
1. It was more than 15 and less than 40 minutes long.
2. It was an upper body workout, but it said in the title and description something about how it also affected the core.
3. Daniel did the workout. It's possible Kelly did too, but I'm pretty sure she didn't.
4. It involved a move where you get in a pushup position and walk your hands out and back in.
5. I thought it was part of FB30 1, but checked all of the workouts and couldn't find it.
6. It was at least a 3 in difficulty.
