It isn’t uncommon for me to get tension headaches through my upper back, shoulders and head. I’ve noticed the last two weeks, they’ve happened after an upper body workout.
Could overworking my upper body/shoulder back, be causing these? They are awful. I have my husband massage by shoulders/neck/back and that’s the only way to get rid of them. Any suggestions on what moves to avoid and what to replace them with? I don’t want to be unbalanced.
