52 minutes of legs and I’m TKO’d! +puppy pic

Y’all:

I am KNOCKED OUT. Knowing I’d only be doing one set of each I pushed myself to the MAX. I’m so thankful for the Pilates and Plyo portions bc they gave me a break from the strength sets and they were short. But, by the time I finished those I was happy to go back to strength! HAHAHA! Anyway, I feel amazing mentally and physically and I am so ready to fuel this body of mine and get on with the day. As I’ve seen somewhere on the Internet, “HAPPY FRIYAY!” ❣️

Ps: does anyone else workout in socks (on a cushioned mat) instead of shoes?
