HKS Accountability Group Day 20

Good Morning Everyone,

So I woke up with massive knee pain and some lower back pain. I was thinking what is up, I am suppose to start FB Bored Easily Day 1? So I put some tiger balm on my knee and back, put on my back brace, and took some aspirin. I decided I was going to workout anyway, just to low impact for any jumping requirements.

First I measured my waist and stomach, plus weighed myself because I wanted a staring point. The great news is that in the last 26 days of working out I released another 1 1/2 inches off my waist and 3 inches off my stomach. Yeah!!! My weight is still the same but I do not care. I love releasing inches and getting closer to my goals.

So day 1 went great and I am feeling awesome after the workout. Lots of sweating. I loved that every single exercise was different. I should have bought this program sooner.
