Favourite "I wanna be sore tomorrow" Workout?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering, what is YOUR personal favourite workout when you reeeeally wanna be sore the next day? Do you even have a workout like this?

Because what I can say from my personal experience with working out is, that sometimes I need those "extremly sore" days.
